What are the payment methods available for purchase?
You can make payment for your order with below option: -

Do I need to register to place an order to Shoshaa?
If you register yourself on the website then you can enjoy deals and offers updates along with New Arrivals. However, you can check out without registering too as a guest. It is not necessary for you to register an account.
How can I track my Order?
When your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email/SMS from the transporter in which you will find a link that will allow you to track your package.
Do you offer COD?
Yes, we do offer Cash on Delivery facility to our customers. Only pre-requisite is that the pin-code provided by you should be a serviceable area. If not, please use any other online payment mode to place the order.
How long does it take to Deliver an order?
Delivery time after dispatch varies from location to location. It would safely take 3-5 days after shipping the order. This timeline could change if there are any unforeseen circumstances.
Do you accept Returns?
Returns requests are accepted within 2 Days of customer accepting the order.
What is the process of getting a Refund?
Customer should raise the return request within 2 Days of accepting the order. And will have to self-ship the product back with original packaging and labels to our Dispatch Centre address (mentioned in Contact us). The product should be unused. Once we receive the product back in the condition prescribed, we will initiate the Refund to the source account within 2 Days.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do ship worldwide but there will be an extra shipping cost involved which will be communicated before shipping the order. We do not accept COD for orders to be shipped outside India.
What is Cancellation Policy
In order to cancel, feel free to contact within 24 hours of placing the order. Order cannot be cancelled once it is shipped.
